He listend really great … More to the reason i went in, really paid attention to me while I talked, explained next steps for me and made sure I understood where to go from there and then quickly sent off a bloodwork request for me before I'd even left the office.   I’ve visited this clinic three times now and had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Alaei each time. Every experience has been excellent.
  The clinic is small, … More and the pharmacy is conveniently located right next to it, sharing the same space. While there is a receptionist, patient registration is done via IPad, which is fairly easy to use-just have your health card or payment method ready to make the process smoother. Keep in mind that the clinic does not accept cash.
  Dr Alaei is only able to address one concern per visit to keep things moving efficiently, but he handles the issue with care and thoroughness. During my first visit, he listened attentively, asked the right questions and provided the necessary requisitions for blood work. Once my results were in, he personally called to explain them in detail.
  On my second visit, I brought my children in for their vaccinations. Dr. Alaei was great with them and thankfully, all the required vaccines were available.
  Most recently, I visited after a frustrating experience at the emergency room, where I waited 6 hours only to be sent home with no real answers. Dr. Alaei went above and beyond to investigate my symptoms, ensuring every possible cause was considered. He even ordered additional blood work to rule out any concerns.
  Although the clinic operates under a one issue per visit policy, Dr. Alaei makes sure each visit is efficient, professional and compassionate. He is not only attentive but also highly knowledgeable and experienced which gives me great confidence in his care. I highly recommend this clinic!
